What about custom or commercial work?
Construction progress, inspections, land mapping, or a job that doesn't fit a tier — those are quoted custom. Describe it once in the form and you'll have a real number within 4 business hours.

What happens if the weather turns?
Wind and rain ground the drone — for safety and because gray-sky photos don’t sell houses. We watch the forecast, flag risk early, and reschedule to the next open slot at no charge.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due at booking. You’ll receive an invoice after the shoot, payable online by card.
How are files delivered?
Through a cloud link you can download and forward straight to your team or transaction coordinator. Standard delivery is 48 hours from the shoot.
What does MLS-ready mean?
Stills arrive sized and formatted for MLS upload, plus full-resolution versions for print, social, and your own marketing.
What counts as a revision round?
One pass of edits on color, crop, and image selects. Premium includes one round, Luxury includes two, and extra rounds are +$75 on any tier.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Rescheduling costs nothing. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the shoot; inside 24 hours, 50% of the package price applies.
How far ahead should I book?
Quotes usually come back confirmed within 4 business hours, with the earliest available slot offered. A few days of lead time gets the best light.
Are you certified and insured?
FAA Part 107 certified, carrying $1M in commercial liability coverage. Certificates available on request.
Do you shoot outside the East Valley?
The service area is Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction. Close-by properties are case by case — ask in the booking form.
